Access to properties is via keys for outside doors and key fobs for internal bedroom doors, ensuring privacy for all. There is also an external key safe for contractors who need to undertake any work, to reduce the need for tenants to be present to give them access
New boilers are installed as part of every refurbishment project and where possible we fit batteries for electric storage at a cheaper rate. Depending on the type of property we also consider solar panels, heat pumps and hybrid packages. Quality LED lighting is installed throughout.
All properties are fitted with USB charging points in bedrooms and communal areas. Where possible we fit instant boiling water taps in the kitchen, SMART TVs, and the fastest possible broadband for the location.
