We will also keep some information on paper, stored in a locked filing cabinet, which is also password protected.

The time period may vary depending on the project or purpose you are engaged with us for. In certain circumstances we have a statutory obligation to keep your personal information for a set period of time, for example, financial information for financial auditing purposes (normally 7 years).

However, the retention period may be extended dependent upon any legal or contractual obligations Busk Properties Ltd may be required to comply with, as well as any overriding business legitimate interests.
