Complete back to brick refurb of an existing, tired 6 bed HMO in Chester, 2024. A stylish, modern new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms were added, with the bigger of the bathrooms being re-configured into 2 rooms, to provide a laundry room.  All rooms were re-designed to retain the character of this Victorian terraced house, whilst also appealing to young professionals and those in post-graduate education.  We also installed batteries to make the use of hot water and electricity more economically efficient. EPC ‘C’ achieved!
