Flip in Stockport 2019. This end terrace 2 bedroom house was in a poor condition, both inside and out. We blocked up the back door of the kitchen to make a larger, newly fitted, modern kitchen with exit to the garden via new patio doors in the 2ndreception room. We reconfigured the upstairs rooms to convert the large bathroom into a bedroom and split the smaller of the large bedrooms into a decent sized bedroom and a family bathroom. We laid decking for a patio and path at the side into the front garden, to make the garden attractive low maintenance.. New gates were added at the front and side, plus a new front door to give added street appeal. EPC ‘C’ achieved!
